Each piece is drawn by hand from a chosen photograph, focusing on character, atmosphere, and the feeling in that moment. Created at a modest scale, these illustrations are intended as keepsakes: simple, thoughtful works made with care.

Subjects may include animals, working dogs, horses, livestock, or simple moments of rural life - scenes that feel familiar, personal, and part of a well lived and loved life.

Turnaround & Availability

To ensure each piece receives the time and attention it deserves, and to give everyone the opportunity to book one of these without sitting on a long waiting list, a limited number of illustration slots are released each week.

• Turnaround is up to 10 working days from receipt of your reference photo, I aim to turnaround quicker than this but it depends on how busy my commissions diary is.
• Once weekly slots are filled, the listing will show as sold out.
• New slots are released weekly at 7pm on Sunday evenings.

Materials

All illustrations are created using professional-grade coloured pencils, including Faber-Castell Polychromos, Derwent Lightfast, and Caran d’Ache Pablo. Combined with an archival, acid-free drawing surface, this ensures lasting colour, clarity, and longevity.
